This International Women’s Day CampbellReith is celebrating how we have been working to break the bias in gender over the last few years with an increased representation of women in senior and leadership roles across our practice. The percentage of management roles being held by women nearly doubled in the last year, assisted by the promotion of 5 of our existing female colleagues into senior/management roles.
We’re also extremely proud of our gender balance, with a 50/50 split in our Geotechnical and Land Quality teams and an above industry representation across all our technical teams.
