The geotechnical team at CampbellReith has been appointed to Hertfordshire County Council’s Property Consultancy Framework 2015 – 2019 to provide Ground Condition Surveys and Reports.
This is a four-year framework, providing geotechnical and geo-environmental services on selected sites for projects with an estimated value of £10 – 15 million. It covers all local authorities and other public sector bodies authorised by the Council, state maintained schools, including Community Schools, Foundation and Trust Schools, Voluntary Aided Schools, Voluntary Controlled Schools, Voluntary Schools, Academies, Pupil Referral Units and Free Schools.
Services include the preparation of site investigation reports, conceptual site models, hazard assessment, and risk evaluation and mitigation to support development.
