I started my career as a structural engineer twenty five years ago. This breadth of experience has given me broad and in-depth knowledge, with hands on experience in structural engineering. At first, I began working on a traditional drawing board and tee square with basic knowledge of structural engineering which drove me to expand my engineering knowledge and become an engineer! I have engaged in various projects and sectors including residential, and industrial. I have expertise in temporary demountable structures and large span frame buildings.

I have been a part of the team at CampbellReith since 1998 and became a Partner of the practice in 2017. I am responsible for the Structural team in our Birmingham and Manchester offices. Throughout my time here, I have secured and delivered numerous large span steel frame buildings throughout the UK. I have also been leading and delivering structural engineering services to major UK and international events. Having worked in the events industry before, this has given me great opportunities to work with large groups of people from different backgrounds and cultures. Delivering on time within agreed frameworks and deadlines is the success of events and projects.

Outside of engineering

I love travelling, and having visited numerous countries around the world and thoroughly enjoy exploring different landscapes and cultures.
