I have been working in recruitment/HR for over 20 years. Prior to joining CampbellReith, I was HR Manager at another engineering consultants, Clarkebond. As well as engineering consultants, I have worked in defence, banking and scientific research. My undergraduate degree is Psychology, so I have been interested in what motivates people and what makes work satisfying and meaningful. This led me to HR and my role in supporting high performance teams.

Outside of engineering

Outside of work I enjoy time with my family, often spectating various sports including basketball, cricket and Cornish Gig Rowing. I enjoy live music (especially 90’s music) and getting away from the city for coastal walks.
