I was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa. After graduating from Stellenbosch University in 2021, I worked as a structural engineer for a small consulting firm in Johannesburg.

I started working in London, for CampbellReith in 2023. I have always gravitated towards structural engineering and the reasons behind why the building you are sitting in, is standing up. Visiting cities (like London) when I was younger sparked an interest and enthusiasm for architecture and engineering. I grew ever inquisitive about the world of materials, the sciences and the mathematics behind concrete and steel.

A career which combines the sciences and creative thinking allows for fulfilling, gratifying and ever interesting work. I hope to one day to become a leader amongst project teams involved in large scale design and engineering projects.

Outside of engineering

Outside of my 9-5 I am a keen sports enthusiast. I enjoy playing golf, cricket and running.
