As a chartered structural and civil engineer with over 20 years’ experience since graduating from the University of Bristol in 2000, I have worked across various sectors, particularly in offices, hotels and residential.

I am particularly experienced in complex structural refurbishments and retained façade projects. Since joining CampbellReith, I have worked on several high-profile projects in the City of London and Westminster. In addition to working across these sectors, I have even designed a set for a James Bond film.

As a Partner at CampbellReith, I manage various teams on my project work. This includes cross-discipline work with my colleagues in the civil, environmental, geotechnical and transportation groups. I also steer the quality and environmental management aspect of CampbellReith projects to ensure they meet our high standards.

The mix of maths, physics and pragmatism has always drawn me towards structural engineering. It is, by its very nature, about using the right amount of material to support the creation of great architecture as efficiently as possible.

Outside of engineering

I enjoy running in my spare moments and recently completed a half marathon. My next sporting endeavour is to take up rowing, following my son and daughter into the sport. I am also an RFU qualified rugby coach and enjoy strumming a guitar or playing the piano.
