I joined CampbellReith back in 2006 as an Office Junior. I completed two Business Administration apprenticeships and quickly progressed up to office Secretary, working closely with the Partners and providing vital admin and Business Development support to the Redhill office.

The best thing about my role is that no day is the same! My varied role covers so many different areas within our Redhill office, including management of frameworks, office management, human resources and admin support and I am heavily involved with bid production within this office. This part I really enjoy as it enables me to show my creative side and work closely with all disciplines across all offices.

Over the last six years I have been heavily involved with our Joint Venture Partnership ‘Tibbalds CampbellReith’. I attend the JV board meetings and co-manage our work on the Homes England Multidisciplinary Framework. I am passionate about the success of the practice and taking on this role has strengthened my contribution to the business as a whole. I enjoy working closely with the different disciplines to produce high quality bid documents and liaise regularly with key clients and sub-consultants.

Outside of engineering

I enjoy eating out, photography and spending time with friends and family.
