President of Ghana John Dramani Mahama, visited the Dodowa District Hospital in the Shai-Osudoku District, one of CampbellReith’s major international projects, last week. The first out of six hospitals of the Ghana District Hospitals Project, the Shai Osudoku is a 120 bed district hospital that will greatly transform the lives and health of the local community.
This state of the art hospital is expected to be commissioned by the Ministry of Health and Ghana Health Service in December this year. Construction of the building started in 2014, within Ghana’s Built to Care programme, aiming at building modern sustainable healthcare.
CampbellReith started working on the six district hospitals and all of their associated road and drainage infrastructure since March 2013. It is expected that the rest of the project including five hospitals will be completed by the end of 2016.
This is a major milestone for CampbellReith’s team who have worked extremely hard to make this happen. Read more about CampbellReith’s involvement in Ghana District Hospitals.
