Campbell Reith Hill LLP (CampbellReith) is delighted to have been selected for Lot 1 of the Homes England Development and Regeneration Technical Services Framework for the next four years. This replaces the existing Multidisciplinary Technical Services Framework and is targeted at providing to Homes England and its partners a range of built environment and technical services to support development opportunities.
CampbellReith has a longstanding commitment to Homes England and its predecessors spanning more than 20 years, providing a diverse range of engineering, environmental, planning and design services to unlock and secure often complex and strategically important land and developments.
The new framework comprises a substantial geographical reach across England, covering each of Homes England’s designated regions. CampbellReith will provide lead consultant coverage across England through our regional offices utilising its in-house team and specialist subconsultants to coordinate and manage the delivery of projects and provide an integrated programme of services.
CampbellReith is one of 17 specialist teams selected on Lot 1 to provide Homes England and other public sector bodies with quick and efficient means to procure high quality, good value, development related technical services. Local authorities, healthcare trusts and authorities, education establishments, registered providers and government departments can all use the framework at no cost.
Barry Cummins, Chief Development Officer at Homes England, said: “We want to work with ambitious suppliers who can help us drive regeneration and housing delivery to create high-quality homes and thriving places across the country.
Suppliers appointed to the new framework bring with them a wealth of knowledge and housing expertise that will enhance the work of Homes England. In addition to the re-procurement of a multidisciplinary lot providing a comprehensive range of technical and professional services, a second placemaking-focussed lot will allow us to engage directly with specialists to help deliver our agenda to promote quality, decency, good design and sustainability.”
Simon Boots, Partner of CampbellReith, and DaRTS Framework Lead, said: “We are delighted to have been awarded a place on the Homes England DaRTS framework. We are immensely proud of our ongoing track record to this framework and our position as the only SME appointed to Lot 1. This is a significant achievement for our business and is a testament to the hard work and expertise of our team.
We are also pleased to see Tibbalds appointed to Lot 2, who we continue to support and build on the long track record of the Tibbalds CampbellReith JV which was appointed to the previous multi-disciplinary frameworks and under which we have provided services to Homes England during the acquisition, planning, design and disposal of green field and brownfield sites as well as their public sector partners during estate and town centre regeneration projects.
We look forward to continuing to support both Homes England and its partners and to playing a key role in delivering new homes and communities across the country.”
The new framework began on 18th April 2023 and will run until 2027.
