My experience in designing and managing structural and civil engineering projects spans over 40 years.
I joined CampbellReith in 2008, however prior to that I worked for Bunyan Meyer & Partners as Director having held a similar position with the design consultancy of Costain Building and Civil Engineering for almost 20 years! One of my career highlights was being awarded the Francis Memorial Prize for Structural Design by the Institution of Structural Engineers and The British Constructional Steelwork Association prize for Structural Steelwork Design.
I am lucky to have gained valuable experience in both design and building management projects, part of this has been from having the opportunity to work for Consulting Engineers Project Managers and an International Contractor.
Joining CampbellReith has been thoroughly enjoyable as I have been able to expand my experience and be deeply involved with the business development which I like to get stuck in with! I have been a part of delivering many successful projects from the Bristol office. I have also been responsible for the design of major pharmaceutical and office buildings at the Oxford Science Park.
Outside of engineering
Outside of my work in engineering, I am a long time trustee of a Grant Making Charitable Trust, which provides help for people with severe disabilities. I enjoy playing squash, golf and visiting historical cities.
